Luke McFarlane
Games Programmer / Game Designer
SHORT SUMMARY
Hello, I'm Luke and I'm a graduate gameplay programmer based in Dundee,Scotland. Back in Summer of 2016, I completed a week of work experience at an indie games studio called Coatsink and it was at the point I knew that this was my career I wanted to do. I have been programming since September of 2017 when I enrolled at Sunderland College to take part in the NextGen level 3 extended diploma of games, animation and VFX. Throughout this course, I got a chance to 3D model, texture, animate and create VFX but programming was what truly became my passion.

Since then, I haven't looked back and enrolled at Abertay University in September 2019 to study Computer Games Application Development. I have completed a wide range of projects across Unity and Unreal with C# and C++ respectively. I have an avid interest in gameplay programming as well as AI within games and cannot wait to apply this within a talented team within the industry.
